Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email, and it is that confirmation - not the checkout page - that forms the contract.

Prices and availability

Prices are as shown at the time of ordering and include no tax until it is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Stock can sell out between your order and our picking it; if it does we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute something.

Mistakes

If a price or description is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you rather than hold either of us to it. We will always tell you why.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it and we will help you secure the account.
