What it costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout from the weight of the order and where it is going. Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown across the top of the site ship free within the United States.

How long it takes

Orders placed on a working day are usually picked the same day or the next. Transit time is on top of that and depends on the service chosen at checkout.

Where we ship

Within the United States. Some larger items cannot travel by every service, and the checkout will only offer services that can actually carry what is in your basket.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us. Order Status, at the top of every page, will find it from your order number.
