Returning something

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within the return window shown on your order. Start a return from the order in your account and we will send you the details.

When the money goes back

Refunds are issued to the card that paid, once the item is back with us and checked. Your bank decides how quickly it then appears, which is usually a few working days.

Something arrived damaged or wrong

Tell us within a few days of delivery and we will put it right at our cost - a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Keep the packaging until it is settled; carriers ask for it.

What cannot be returned

Items made or cut to order, and anything sold as a clearance or final-sale line, which is marked as such on the product page before you buy it.
