What we collect

What you type in: your name, email address, phone number and the addresses you ask us to deliver to. What an order needs: what you bought, what it cost, and where it went. Nothing else is asked for.

Card details

Card numbers and security codes are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems. We keep the card's brand, its last four digits and its expiry so you can recognise it next time - none of which can be used to charge anything.

What we do with it

We use it to take your order, deliver it, answer questions about it and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anybody who is not part of getting your order to you.

Email you did not ask for

Order confirmations, verification codes and delivery notices are part of buying and are always sent. Marketing email is sent only if you asked for it, and every one carries a link that stops it.

Asking us what we hold

Write to us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
